On June 18, 2014, news was released that Warner Bros. would be starting from scratch on a new live action Scooby-Doo movie. Randall Green will write the script for the new movie. So far, no actors have been cast for the new movie, which will follow Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy and Scooby as they solve a new mystery.
